You are crooks and over pay for things that we don’t even get all of. We have utltra and we get 1/4 of our internet speed. You have raised our bill 3 times since we have had it for 2 years in just our new house not mentioning our 3 years of service in our previous house. You don’t care about your customers in any way, even long time customers. You do not care to update us that we are ready for an upgrade to help with our internet. You should go out of business and do a lot of people a favor. You can’t even accommodate for your screw up or offer to help. The only reason we still have you is because you are the only one available for us.
