Have been with Spectrum almost a year and we have constant outages and the outage most recently has been 8 days BUT ALWAYS for less than 4hours bc no credit will be given UNLESS outage is 4 hrs or greater. Somehow the 4 or more hours is not met. Their remote and voice commands are extremely difficult to manage. We had 3 different techs in our house b4 the network came close to operational and I called CS to get another tech to appear would cost an additional $50. The CS rep responded “we are not responsible for your not understanding how to operate your equipment”. Amazing customer service! When you get to be 70 yrs and older there are many issues lost in translation and CS at this level is totally unacceptable. NEVER AGAIN!!!

This is honestly such terrible service. There is constant outages at least twice a week, whenever I had AT&T we never had outages unless there was a storm but with spectrum when we had a some rain the outage's lasted anywhere from 2-5 days. Unfortunately in this reoccurring issue has not been resolved. I would love to switch my provider but unfortunately spectrum is the only provider in our area.

I’ve had Frontier Communications Internet for about two years now, and it’s been really great. I switched over from Spectrum, because they kept raising my bill and refused to budge when confronted about it, so I canceled my service. Yesterday, I had to call Frontier customer service about my bill going up. I was thinking that I might have the same experience that I had with Spectrum. However, when I was connected with Jeremy in West Virginia, he couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. I started out being a little annoyed that it was hard to find their customer service phone number. It seems like every place hides them deep in the recesses of their webpages so that you don’t call them. Anyway, Jeremy helped me figure out least one charge that I didn’t need to be paying, that I wasn’t even aware of. He also was able to get a little bit more of a discount on my monthly payments. He was very courteous and kind. We even had some fun chatting time during the call. Speaking with Jeremy was very pleasant and exactly how a customer service call should be. By the time we were done with the call, I was not feeling annoyed at all, which is a real blessing.

The product is great, but they do not value existing customers. When your initial contract is up the honeymoon is definitely over. The gouging then begins. The sales reps goal is to charge you as much as possible. The process is extremely frustrating and confusing. I am a very disappointed subscriber.

I am in a service outage now I pay a lot of money for cable TV I have had nothing from spectrum but problems with their service from sketchy program jumps to interference of programs I work 8 hours everyday 40hours a week in return spectrum gives me broken receiver boxes that are unreliable and doesn't work proficiently I pay over 200 dollars a month that is to much money to pay for incompetency in dealing with their faulty equipment that poses to many issues
