I called spectrum on three different occasions to discuss pricing for internet and cable tv. I received three different answers for the same question. One of the customer service agents appeared to be confused about questions I was asking concerning pricing details. She placed me on hold at least six times in a 45 minute conversation. I am still waiting on the router/ modem to be sent to me as promised over a week ago. The tech support was outstanding not so much for the sales agents.

Terrible terrible terrible! I call charter on average about once every other month due to internet outages (which I pay way too much for!) every time I call and a technician comes out they tell me the same thing: there is nothing wrong with the service - it's my laptop. Originally I thought I may have a bad wireless router, but when I hard wired my computer to the modem it still didn't work. Yet I also cannot connect with my iPad or either one of our phones and they still blame it on my computer! My laptop works fine at my work, my sisters house and my mom's house. But then just as fast as it went out (each occurrence typically lasts for two days), the service magically returns yet I am still using the same computer in which they told me was the problem and I haven't done anything to it. I Just keep trying to connect. I cannot wait to drop this over priced crappy service and get something else. Only problem is they are a monopoly in my area and we don't have any other options with the speed they have.
