Cable modem internet speed at Xfinity is great, but they have their changed their service to answering robots (both in text and voice). I almost switched internet providers out of pure frustration talking to robots on an issue with a new modem Xfinity wanted me to install. Only after numerous tries I did eventually reach a human (call center) and she fixed the problem in 5 minutes. If it were not for this nice lady, I'd have switched to another provider, because I was not getting anywhere with Xfinity's (dis)service robots.
