We were flooded during Hurricane Helene as soon as it was safe to get in our home, after Hurricane Milton, I canceled our service. I was told I'd receive a partial credit, and some Hurricane relief money. That is not what happened! I've never received a penny and actually been charged for the month of November!!!! The follow through and customer service is substandard! Okay, don't give me partial discount or Hurricane relief, but to change me fir a month you knowbi didn't even have your equipment or service ni pathetic!!!!
