My internet and phone have been out for over a week. I was told that service technician would be here on Tuesday and it's Thursday and still no phone and no internet. I've been a customer for over 30 years. No way to treat people. So I have no phone, no internet, no tv, no computer. Thank you CenturyLink for not doing your job and not caring about your customer.

My phone and internet has been down for a week . I called talked to a lady for 44 minutes and she schedule an appointment for yesterday. Online cancel it for 2 weeks. Not acceptable. I could call for new service and the technician would be here in 24 hours. I've been a customer for over 30 years. Way to show your appreciation. Now I have no internet, no tv, no computer. Not a happy customer

Horrible customer service. There will be whole days where the internet is down and they keep saying it’ll be working by a certain time and almost never is. Speed is slow, and way too expensive. Do not recommend at all.
